UNDER NEW MANAGEMENT: "Sitting pretty above the Caribbean Sea in Culebra, Puerto Rico, we are a vintage, boutique hotel with a vibrant spirit that reflects it's island surroundings. Details include Caribbean artwork, Bohemian style bedding for a comfy vibe, and free WiFi at 100 Mbps in every room so you can take a work vacation in paradise.
Only 8 guest rooms make this stay intimate and fun. Use of our private dock can be arranged by reservation only for $90/night. We invite you to explore our beautiful beaches, like famous Flamenco Beach, and the nearby island of Culebrita on the many local tours available. Please ask for captain recommendations."

By the direction of the Puerto Rico Tourism Board, we have implemented the Covid-19 cleaning protocol recommended by the CDC. Our team has been trained in the cleanliness and sanitizing standards set forth by these organizations. We have been certified by the Puerto Rico Tourism Board in Covid-19 sanitizing procedures. We pride ourselves in the original Cuban tile floors, along with the installation of new colorful Bohemian-style bedding (quilts and shams washed after every use) and much needed blackout curtains for the Caribbean morning sun.Our Kokomo Cafe is perfect for your morning coffee and Grab & Go lunch to take to the beach.
Our small vintage Inn offers 7 rooms on the second floor, and an apartment with full kitchen that sleeps 6 on the third floor.
- Rooms 4 and 6 are European-style rooms for your budget, double bed (PRIVATE BATH DOWN THE HALL) - our best value! Sleeps 2 guests.
- Rooms 3, 5 and 7 have a full or queen bed with en-suite private bath, sleeps 2 guests.
- Rooms 2 and 8 have a queen bed, a twin bed, an en-suite private bath and a dining area (sleeps three guests).
- Our penthouse apartment on the third floor overlooks the ocean with a private sunset patio, private kitchen and bath (sleeps 6 guests). Perfect for families or a group of friends.

*FLYING IS THE MOST RELIABLE WAY TO GET TO CULEBRA. If you need a ride from the airport (1 mile), please let us know!
Ferry to Culebra:
Ferry service is a great affordable option, but often not reliable. Schedules may change without notice. Ferry tickets can now be purchased at the ticket window, or online in advance at http://puertoricoferry.com/
If you do choose to take the ferry, you will need to take a taxi from SJU to the ferry dock in Ceiba. (1 hour & $90+/-). You can find a taxi outside the SJU baggage claim with a set fare. When you arrive in Ceiba you can take a passenger ferry (45 minutes) to Culebra.

PROPERTY RULES
We offer self check-in for your convenience.
Check-in time is 12 noon (or earlier if your room is ready)
Check-out time is 10 am, no exceptions
Rooms 3, 4, 5, 6, and 7 have standard occupancy of 2 GUESTS
Rooms 2 and 8 have standard occupancy of 3 GUESTS
Penthouse Apartment (room 9) has standard occupancy of 6 GUESTS
Under NO CIRCUMSTANCES are more guests allowed on the premises than your room allows
Maximum occupancy is strictly enforced, and exceeding it may result in immediate cancellation of your reservation and being expelled from the property
QUIET HOURS are from 10 pm to 7 am.
NO PETS allowed on the property or in the rooms
PARTIES are strictly forbidden
NO SMOKING on the premises under any circumstances. Smoking is permitted on the street or near the canal
It is prohibited to hang anything on the exterior patio or balcony, like towels, bathing suits, clothing
Parking is permitted across the street where it says "municipal" or around the corner past the bank
NO visitors that are not guests are allowed on the property due to insurance reasons
We are in a downtown location with convenience a premium, however, some street noise or loud music can be heard at any hour
